Agreement to Our Legal Terms

We are Edna ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a company registered in France at 14 Rue d'Édimbourg, Paris, Ile de France 75008.

We operate the mobile application Edna (the "App"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").

Edna is a social networking mobile application that allows users to share their outfits, manage their virtual wardrobe, and connect with other fashion enthusiasts. Users can post photos of their looks, tag the clothing items they wear, follow other users, and discover new styles.

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Edna, concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

1. Our Services

The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics in the Services (collectively, the "Content"), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks").

Your use of our Services

Subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services and download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. User Representations

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (3) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Legal Terms; (4) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside, or if a minor, you have received parental permission; (5) you will not access the Services through automated or non-human means; (6) you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (7) your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

4. User Registration

You may be required to register to use the Services. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. As a user of the Services, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Services without written permission
• Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Services
• Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm us and/or the Services
• Use any information obtained from the Services to harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Make improper use of our support services or submit false reports
• Use the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload or transmit viruses, Trojan horses, or other harmful material
• Engage in any automated use of the system
• Attempt to impersonate another user or person
• Post content that is sexually explicit, violent, or illegal
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Post spam or repetitive content
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights

6. User Generated Contributions

The Services may invite you to chat, contribute to, or participate in blogs, message boards, online forums, and other functionality. Any Contributions you transmit may be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.

7. Content Moderation and Reporting

Reporting Inappropriate Content

Edna is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful community. If you encounter content that violates our guidelines, you can report it directly within the App.

Review Process

All reports are reviewed by our moderation team. We aim to review reports within 48 hours. During the review process, we may remove content, issue warnings, temporarily suspend accounts, or permanently ban accounts for severe or repeated violations.

8. Contribution License

By posting your Contributions to any part of the Services, you automatically grant us an unrestricted, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, fully-paid, worldwide right and license to host, use, copy, reproduce, disclose, publish, broadcast, retitle, archive, store, publicly perform, publicly display, reformat, translate, transmit, excerpt, and distribute such Contributions.

9. Mobile Application License

If you access the Services via the App, we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use the App on wireless electronic devices owned or controlled by you, strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions of this mobile application license.

10. Privacy Policy

We care about data privacy and security. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy. Our servers are located in France and the European Union.

11. Term and Termination

These Legal Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. We reserve the right to deny access to and use of the Services to any person for any reason or for no reason, including for breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant contained in these Legal Terms or of any applicable law or regulation.

12. Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times.

13. Governing Law

These Legal Terms are governed by and interpreted following the laws of France. Edna and yourself both agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.

14. Dispute Resolution

To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, the Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration.

15. Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES.

16. Limitations of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
